Order Processing
Currently all products are custom-made for Athos Equipment d'Escrime customers.
We will be expanding our ready-to-be-shipped inventory list in the near future.
In the meantime, please note that it could take up to 10 days for the order to
be fulfilled. Shipping could take 3 10 working days based on the shipping
method that you select. Please read Shipping Terms information below for more
information. If you have time sensitive needs, you should speak to us directly
to ensure that your items arrive in time.
Once your order is fulfilled your will receive an email confirmation with an
order total that includes the merchandize cost and shipping charges. We usually
provide tracking number and tracking information that you can use to track your
merchandize after it has been shipped. If you deleted or never received this
email, please contact us and we will be glad to provide you with a tracking
number.
Taxes
For BC residents it is GST and PST tax which = 13%
Payment Processing
While the online-store is being set up,
please email your orders to

We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, and Master Card.
Make all checks and money orders payable: to Athos Equipment d'Escrime.
To pay by credit card: Include Name of the Cardholder, Credit Card Number,
Expiration Date, and SV2 number, which is a security code consisting of the last
3 digits of the number found where your sign your name at the back of the credit
card. Include correct billing information; cards can no longer be processed
without the correct billing information.
All online orders must be prepaid. Orders will be processed and shipped pending
verification of the credit card information or check or money order clearance.
Our Guarantee
All discrepancies are to be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of the
goods. Please send an email to
info@athosusa.com .
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandize, call or email
within 5 days or receipt of goods for a Return Authorization Number. You will
receive store credit or exchange after the equipment is returned in new, unused
conditions within 30 days of purchase. Please supply a copy of the invoice (keep
the original). We cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidery items, washed
garments, discontinued items, or sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
